1. Quality of Service / Flexibility – We pride ourselves on
providing a top quality professional and efficient service tailored to meet each Clients individual requirements. Telephone
lines are open 9am - 9pm & all enquiries are responded to within 24hrs of receipt.
2. Staff
- Our
uniformed Coachmen are fully qualified and certificated by ‘The British Horse Society’ and ‘The Draught
Horse Training Committee’. All have a minimum of 25 years Horse Driving experience. |
3. Carriage Size - The Ostler can provide 4 or 12 seater
Horse Drawn Carriages rather than the standard maximum of 4.
4. Coachmens Attire - Our Uniforms
have been handmade for ourselves by a specialist company using Victorian designs, in a variety of colours to match our
various turnouts.
5. Horses – Our beautifully turned out horses are all fine native bred Shires, trained and looked
after with the utmost care and respect.

6. Safety
- Safety is one of our primary concerns and The Ostler
goes above and beyond the industry requirements. All Carriages are fitted with all round disc brakes & no original
Carriages are used. Full Public liability insurance of £5m is in place.
7. All Seasons – As all of our carriages have hoods or roll
down clear windows they are suitable for all weathers all year round.
8. Cost - All bookings are keenly priced
and cost is based on the number of Horses used rather than the number of seats that
the Carriage has.
